Mr Than Thavorak is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and co-founder/director of the Specialist Law Firm. He possesses

- Advisor to the Secretariat of the legislation Council of the Ministry of Interior.
- Lawyer for the legal aid project of the Avocats Sans Frontiers France.
- Lawyer for the National Authority for land Dispute Resolution.
- President of the Specialist Law Firm.
Mr Rith Khantey is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and co-founder/director of the Specialist Law Firm. He possesses
- Masters Degree in Private Law, Royal University of Law and Economics.
- Bachelors Degree in Law from Norton University.
- Certificate of Legal Profession from the Legal Profession Training Center.
- Diploma in Industrial Technical Pedagogy from the former Soviet Union.
His work experience includes:

- Lawyer on cooperation with the International Asian Law Firm.
- Employee of the International Travel Company.
- Technical soldier at the Senior Military School of Russey Keo.
